The home base of the Starfaring Peacekeepers.
Locnil gave the place its name when he was a young lad of only 9 years old way back in his first life.
When he founded the organization around the same time, he named it the Operatorators Organization of Galactic Justice.
After succeeding Locnil after his disappearance and transformation into Shadow Darkman, Admiral Antoine Mokosink renamed the organization and gave it it's current name, the Starfaring Peacekeepers.
Antoine would not rename the base, though. He considered it another memorial to his best friend, Locnil.
